Customize booking confirmation emails
Confirmation emails are automatically sent to your customers after each confirmed booking.
Currently, you can configure your contacts so they appear in the email. An advanced customization feature will be available in February 2026.
Configure your contacts in the email
To have your contacts appear in the confirmation email:
- Go to your dashboard
- Open Settings
- In the "Company profile" section, configure:
- Phone : Your phone number
- WhatsApp : Your WhatsApp number (optional)
- Contact email : The email where your customers can contact you
Visibility options :
- You can choose to show or hide each contact individually
- If a contact is not configured or hidden, it does not appear in the email
These contacts allow your customers to reach you directly for any questions, modifications or cancellations.
What currently appears in the email
The confirmation email automatically contains:
- Booking number : Unique booking identifier
- Experience details : Name, date, time, participants
- Payment details : Amount paid, payment type, remaining balance
- Your contacts : Phone, WhatsApp, email (if configured)
All this information is automatically generated and translated into the customer's language.
Advanced customization (February 2026)
An advanced customization feature will be available in February 2026.
You will then be able to:
- Add a custom message in the email
- Customize the additional content displayed
- Modify the style and layout of the email
- Add specific instructions for your customers
- Configure different messages according to experience type
This feature will give you even more control over communication with your customers.

Even though advanced customization arrives in February 2026, configuring your contacts now allows you to:
- Facilitate communication : Your customers know how to reach you
- Reduce misunderstandings : Direct contact for questions and modifications

Where your contacts appear in the email
Your contacts appear in a dedicated section of the email:
- Title : "For any questions, modifications or cancellations, contact:"
- Phone : Clickable number (if configured)
- WhatsApp : Number with WhatsApp link (if configured)
- Email : Email address with mailto link (if configured)
This section only appears if at least one contact is configured and visible.

- Use a professional number : Facilitates communication
- Check your numbers : Make sure they are correct and accessible
- Respond quickly : Customers expect a quick response
- Be consistent : Use the same contacts everywhere (website, social networks)
- Test the email : Make a test booking to see how your contacts appear
