Data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone when provided.
- Booking data: dates, participants, selected options.
- Payments: processed by Stripe; ¡HolaOlas! does not store card numbers.
- Technical and security logs (IP, device, events).
Purposes
- Perform bookings and the service contract.
- Customer support and transactional communications.
- Security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
- Legal and accounting compliance.
Legal bases
- Contract performance (accounts and bookings).
- Consent (some optional communications).
- Legal obligation (invoicing, fraud prevention).
Retention
- Account data: for the duration of service + 24 months for support.
- Billing: per applicable legal requirements (up to 10 years).
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
Sharing & transfers
- Required processors (hosting, Stripe, emailing, Google Calendar for booking synchronization).
- Google Calendar: used only if you voluntarily enable synchronization. Booking data is synced with your Google Calendar according to your settings.
- No data sales.
- Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses when needed.
Google user data
- HolaOlas uses Google user data only to provide Google Calendar synchronization features explicitly enabled by the user.
- HolaOlas does not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties.
Google data security
- Google user data is protected using industry-standard security measures, including encrypted communication (HTTPS), secure storage, and restricted access controls.
- OAuth access tokens are stored securely and are used only to perform authorized operations. Users can revoke access to their Google account at any time.
Your rights
- Access, rectification, deletion, objection/limitation, portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time (no retroactive effect).
- You may lodge a complaint with your local authority.
