Create a hotel experience

Creating a hotel experience on ¡HolaOlas! allows you to offer your rooms online with a professional booking system.

This guide walks you through step by step to configure all necessary elements: basic information, rooms, rates, availability and images.

Start by filling in the essential information of your hotel:

• Hotel name: The name that will appear on your booking page
• Description: Present your hotel, its assets and location. You can use AI help to generate a professional description.
• Experience type: Select "Hotel"

Rooms (or units) are the different types of accommodation you offer:

• Standard room: Simple room with double bed
• Suite: More spacious room with living area
• Family room: Room with multiple beds

For each room, configure:

• Name: Ex: "Deluxe Sea View Room"
• Capacity: Maximum number of people (adults and children)
• Base price: Price per night (or use pricing tiers)
• Pricing tiers: Different rates based on stay duration (optional)
• Images: Add several photos to showcase the room
• Features: King-size bed, balcony, sea view, etc.

Configure your rates and availability:

• Price per night: Set the base price for each room
• Pricing tiers: Set different rates based on stay duration (see below)
• Availability: Indicate dates when each room is available
• Blocked dates: Block specific dates (closure, maintenance)
• Special rates: Create discounted rates for certain periods

💡 Tip: You can set different rates depending on the period (high season, low season) directly from the dashboard.

The pricing tiers system allows you to offer different rates based on stay duration:

How it works:

• Only one tier applies to all nights of the stay
• Total price = number of nights × rate of the tier reached
• No combination of rates between tiers

Example configuration:

• 1 night → €100 per night
• 2-3 nights → €90 per night
• 4-6 nights → €80 per night
• 7 nights and more → €70 per night

Calculation example:

• For a 9-night stay: 9 × €70 = €630 (the "7 nights and more" tier applies)
• For a 3-night stay: 3 × €90 = €270 (the "2-3 nights" tier applies)

Display for customers:

• Customers see the actual price based on the number of nights selected
• A discount badge automatically appears if the price is lower than the first tier
• The crossed-out price (reference price) and discount percentage are visible
• Example: "~~€100~~ €70 / night (9 nights)" with badge "Up to -30%"

💡 Tip: Pricing tiers are optional. If you don't enable them, the classic price per night will be used for all stays.

💡 Advice: Set up decreasing tiers to encourage longer stays and increase your revenue.

Images are essential to attract customers:

• Main image: The first image visible on your page (recommended: facade or exterior view)
• Additional images: Add up to 10 images (rooms, facilities, exterior)
• Images per room: Each room can have its own images

📸 Advice: Use high quality photos and show the highlights of your hotel.

Complete the additional details to inform your customers:

• Full address: For display and Google Maps integration
• Stars: Your hotel classification
• Check-in/check-out times: Arrival and departure times
• Facilities: WiFi, parking, pool, restaurant, etc.
• Cancellation policy: Configure your cancellation conditions. Use AI help to generate a professional policy.

All important fields are translatable:

• Name: Translate your hotel name
• Description: Translate the complete description
• Room names: Translate the name of each room
• Cancellation policy: Translate your conditions

• Check that all sections are filled
• Test your booking page in preview mode
