Use customer data
With ¡HolaOlas!, all customer data belongs to you.
Each booking gives you access to valuable information that you can use to communicate directly with your customers, analyze your bookings and grow your business.
Where to find customer data
Customer data is accessible from your dashboard:
- Go to the Bookings tab
- Click on a booking to see details
- You'll see all customer information: name, email, phone
- Participant data is also available in booking details
You can also view all your bookings at a glance in the list or calendar view.
Available information
For each booking, you have access to:
- Customer's full name
- Email address (for communication)
- Phone number (if provided during booking)
- Participant data (names, ages, specific information depending on experience type)
- Booking history (all past and upcoming bookings)
- Preferences and additional information (comments, special needs, etc.)
This data allows you to know your customers and personalize your communication.
Export data
You can export all your bookings and customer data in CSV format:
- In the Bookings tab of your dashboard
- Click the Export button
- A CSV file will be downloaded with all information:
* Booking reference
* Customer name and contact details
* Experience details
* Dates and participants
* Amounts and payment statuses
* Submission date
This file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets or any other spreadsheet for analysis or archiving.
Use data for communication
Customer data allows you to communicate directly with your customers:
- Email: Use the email address to send personalized confirmations, reminders or additional information
- Phone: Contact your customers directly in case of urgent need or to confirm details
- WhatsApp: If you've shared your WhatsApp number in confirmation emails, your customers can easily contact you
Remember: you are in direct relationship with your customers. This data allows you to build a relationship of trust.
GDPR compliance
As a provider, you are responsible for processing customer data:
- Data belongs to you: HolaOlas does not use it for purposes other than booking management
- Security: Data is stored securely and encrypted
- Right of access: Your customers can request access to their data
- Right to erasure: Your customers can request deletion of their data
- Legitimate use: Use data only for booking management and communication related to your activity

Tips for using data effectively
- Centralize your contacts: Regularly export your data to create your own contact database
- Personalize your communication: Use the customer's name and booking details for warmer messages
- Analyze your bookings: Identify your repeat customers and their preferences

- Archive properly: Keep a record of your communications for future reference
