Creating an Experience — Hotel

Experience type: Hotel

A Hotel experience represents an establishment.

This experience contains one or more room types.

How Room Types Work (KEY POINT)

In HolaOlas, one room type = one billed unit.

A room type corresponds to: one price, identical features, identical rules.

You don't create one room per physical unit.

Concrete Examples

You have 10 Sea View rooms (same price: 100 USD/night, same amenities) → 1 room type included in your Hotel experience

You add 5 Garden View rooms (different price: 80 USD/night, different features) → 1 new room type

HolaOlas Pricing Model

1 Hotel experience = base + 1 unit included

Each added room type = +7 USD/month

Example:

  • 1 room type → 7 USD/month
  • 2 types → 14 USD/month
  • 3 types → 21 USD/month

From 4 room types and more: 30% discount on each additional type

Each type contains: name, price per night, maximum capacity, included persons, pricing categories, tiered pricing, amenities, dedicated photos.

The actual number of available rooms is managed by available quantity.

Examples:

  • Sea View room → quantity: 5
  • Garden View room → quantity: 3
  • Entire condo → 1 experience
  • Entire chalet → 1 experience
