How a ¡HolaOlas! booking page works
A ¡HolaOlas! booking page is designed for one thing:
to allow a customer to book simply, while ensuring the booking reaches the provider.
Each step is visible, controlled and confirmed.
1. Date and time slot selection
The customer starts by choosing a date, then a time slot if the experience offers one.
- Availability is checked in real time
- A clear message indicates if a date or time slot is not available
- No booking can be validated on a closed or full date
As long as availability is not confirmed, the booking cannot continue.
2. Number of participants
The customer indicates:
- the number of adults
- the number of children (if applicable)
- the age of children if necessary
The system automatically prevents:
- exceeding the maximum capacity
- booking an inconsistent number of participants
If some children are free, the information is clearly displayed before payment.
3. Additional options (if offered)
If the provider offers options:
- they are displayed transparently
- each option shows its unit price
- the total is recalculated immediately
No hidden options, no costs added afterwards.
4. Customer information
Before any payment, the customer must provide:
- first name
- last name
- phone
This information is used to:
- send the booking confirmation
- allow the provider to contact the customer if necessary
A special request can be added, but it remains optional.
5. Clear summary before payment
Before paying, the customer sees a complete summary:
- date and time
- number of participants
- selected options
- price breakdown
- final total
The provider's logo and contact information are visible, when configured.
The customer knows who they are booking with.
6. Payment choice
Two options may be offered:
- 30% deposit
- full payment
The amount paid immediately is clearly displayed, as well as any balance and its automatic collection date.
No payment is triggered without explicit customer action.
7. Validation and security
The booking button is blocked as long as:
- a required information is missing
- the email is invalid
- the date or time slot are not available
Once clicked:
- the booking is recorded
- payment is processed via Stripe
- the customer is redirected to a confirmation page
What this guarantees
- A booking cannot be lost silently
- Every booking appears in the provider's dashboard
- A confirmation email is sent automatically
- Payment is secure and traceable
What ¡HolaOlas! does not do
- No automatic overbooking
- No booking outside availability
- No automatic customer modification or cancellation without provider validation
Everything remains under the control of the experience creator.
