FAQ

  • Where does the boat depart from? Is it far from the center?Good news: no. We are about an 8-minute walk from the center of Bacalar. All our excursions depart from Villa Corsario, at the corner of Avenida Costera and Calle 12. After booking, we will send you the exact location. Simple, clear, and straightforward.
  • Is it easy to find parking?Yes. And we insist, because we get asked all the time 😄 There is parking right on the street, just in front of the marina. You arrive, park, and board. End of story.
  • What can we see during the excursions?Blue water. But not just a little 😉 👉 On all our excursions, you will go: to the Pirate Canal, to Bird Island, to Cenote Negro.
  • Can we swim?Of course. It's even a big part of the experience. We choose the spots based on the day's conditions and your desires. You swim, you float, you enjoy. The lagoon takes care of the rest.
